Fire Horse Consulting was born out of decades of real-world leadership experience and a deep belief that organizations don’t fail because of a lack of mission; they struggle because of misalignment, unclear priorities, and unaddressed challenges.
After years of leading teams, building businesses, and working alongside nonprofit and workforce organizations, our founders saw the same patterns repeat: passionate people working hard, becoming frustrated, and leaving positions where they had once been highly effective. This led to two major questions. One, how do we help organizations keep passionate employees? Two, how can we help people reignite their passions?
That insight, combined with a thorough study of strategic leadership and organizational development, guided the creation of Fire Horse Consulting, which aims to ask better questions, promote important conversations, and break down complicated issues into simple, actionable steps.
At our core, we are driven by a commitment to help leaders and organizations uncover what’s really holding them back and to partner with them in creating practical solutions that lead to sustainable results.
